| I was in a similar situation a long time ago so things may have changed a little. But, without a steady income, your bank will most likely require a huge down payment and since you already own a house (at least in the paper), unless your first house is already paid in full, it may be in your disadvantage getting a reasonable rate for your loan. And remember, every state has different laws so I strongly urge you to get a proffesional opinion on this. Good luck! |
