Student Financial Services
(SFS) received
your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  Unfortunately your FAFSA
data did not successfully match any current student data in MyCSN.  A successful
match requires your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Last Name and
First Name from both your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
and the MyCSN system. 

Please log into http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/# to view/print your FAFSA to
compare this data to your MyCSN Personal Information data.  Correct your FAFSA
if needed or contact the Social Security Administration to update their
records. 

If the Social Security
Number, Date of Birth, Last Name and First Name are correct on your FAFSA
and with the Social Security Administration, you will need to work with the CSN
Registrar to either:

1.     
Get admitted to CSN (If you
are new to CSN, you need to complete an admission application that includes your
SSN) or

2.     
Update your Social Security
Number, Date of Birth, Last Name and/or First Name. (Changes to data contained
in MyCSN may be processed in person at the Registration desk by presenting legal
documentation.  Please allow 10-14 days for your CSN record to be
updated.)

Once updated, your FAFSA data
will automatically match up in our weekly processing.  You will be able to see
that your FAFSA data has loaded via MyCSN, http://www.csn.edu/.
