I am late 40s and I am losing too much hair after I shampoo my hair. I also color my hair every 4 weeks in the salon because of the gray hair. Also, I noticed that my hair is getting thin. I don't know what to do. Is it because of hormone imbalance of my body or too much chemical on my hair? Do you have any good idea or suggestions for my hair? I appreciate in advance. Thank you.
