The core biopsy shows increased stromal cellularity with a fibroepithelial neoplasm. The findings favor a fibroadenoma however, due to the sive and the increased cellularity a phyllodes tumor cannot be excluded.

The pathologist suggestst that this lesion be surgically removed.
