Every room in the 500-square-foot farmhouse near Monteguidi has "a view," according to Ms. Anselm.
A one-hour drive from the Florence airport, the house has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two reception rooms.
The grounds include a swimming pool, olive grove, small vineyard and landscaped gardens, including a lily pond and vegetable garden. There is also an underground cellar, where you can produce your own oil and wine.
The farmhouse is listed with Knight Frank for ¢æ3.5 million ($4.6 million)
