The house is 1 minute walk to bus that goes to Port Authority (NYC).
The commute from NYC door to door is about 30 minutes without traffic. Below are the rooms that are available:
* Small bedroom with huge closet and sunlight. Bathroom will be shared with another room mate. One month deposit and one month rent is $600
* Huge finished basement with half bathroom. Please be advised the laundry room is in the basement, but we can set up time access to use the laundry room for your privacy. One month deposit and one month rent is $500.

3. Basic cable tv available
4. Kitchen usage allowed
5. Common areas are to be shared

버스정류장은 집에서 1분거리로 아주 가깝습니다. (맨하탄 Port Authority까지 30분 소요)
* 2층 작은방 : 방 크기는 아주 크지 않지만 아늑하구요 closet있습니다. 화장실은 쉐어하셔야 하구요.(600$)
* 반지하 큰방(Basement) : 방 크기는 크고 혼자 쓰실 수 있는 화장실(샤워빼고) 있습니다. (500$)
*공동사용 공간
1. 세탁기&건조기 구비
2. Wifi 가능
3. TV가능
4. 주방 공동 사용(냉장고, 전자렌지, 오븐 등 웬만한건 다 있습니다)
5. 거실 공동 사용
6. 집앞 주차가능
