we hereby notify you of immediate termination from our establishment followings reasons:
1. We have no doubt that your have stealing tips and or taking food without permission. My husband witnessed your stealing tip, and sliping in to your backpack.
2. your end of the night sales amount do not equal to actual amount (this includes credit card report).
3. your failure to admit mistakes.
4. your attitude towards customers are respectable and unprofessional.
5. your duty is never filled (ex. tables, sauce caps are never fully cleaned or dirty)
6. I need a employee who is motivated and willing to take their job seriously, and also to work well with others and respectble to its other employees, employers, and mostly importantly, to its customers.
all of the above have been carefully pointed out relentless times without success. Therefore, we hereby today (날짜), to terminate your employement with us. |
