| | If she receives government assistance such as Medical or SSI she is eligible to get discount from program called California Lifeline for her land line phone. You can apply online www.californialifeline.com or contact AT and T company for more information at their Korean customer service 800-300-6657. And for gas and electrical bill discounts, I don't remember whether it' was over the phone or by mail but I had to send the form to each company not to City hall. For California residents, the program is called "CARE". Good luck. |
